Charlotte Streaming Video Production for Business Meetings, Conferences and Trade Shows

was hired by the Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN) out of Portland, OR, to produce, shoot and stream a nonprofit seminar held at the Mint Museum in Charlotte.  What?!

Charlotte streaming video production from LEC Media.LEC Media is involved in all aspects of using video to communicate messages and tell stories.  Streaming video over the Internet during a “live” conference or presentation is a project that we really enjoy because it leverages technology that every business already has.  Users from across the country or globe can easily “log-in” to view and hear whatever is being produced and streamed over the Internet.  Easy!

For this particular event at the Mint Museum, LEC Media was hired to shoot and produce the video shots at the conference and then feed all of it in real-time through the Internet.  You can see a screen shot of what the conference “looked like” streaming live over the Internet here.  Notice the clarity and sharp images in the video.  This is happening for several reasons.  Number one, LEC Media only shoots and produces video with HD-quality cameras.  And second, we use the latest in Internet technology to capture, spool, compress and stream our video conferences for the best viewing quality possible.  The topic for this particular conference was on Cloud Computing and how Nonprofits can benefit from embracing new Cloud technologies for fundraising, donor communications, and overall agency growth.

About NTEN:  The Nonprofit Technology Network aspires to a world where all nonprofit organizationsCharlotte streaming internet video production services from LEC Media. skillfully and confidently use technology to meet community needs and fulfill their missions.  We are the membership organization of nonprofit technology professionals. Our members share the common goal of helping nonprofits use all aspects of technology more effectively. We believe that technology allows nonprofits to work with greater social impact. We enable our members to strategically use technology to make the world a better, just, and equitable place.

“LEC Media worked to create a professional & positive experience for our remote audience,” said Anna Richter, National Program Director of NTEN.  “Frank and team were super to work with, and they ensured that our live video stream went very smoothly.”

Charlotte Trade Show Video Production Can Increase Your Trade Show Booth Attendance!

Trade show video production is a unique and differentiating trade show marketing tool that can help draw crowds and attention to your company in a very crowded and small physical marketplace.  Video from LEC Media will capture your eye’s curiosity faster than a motionless graphic or steel booth frame.

One inherent challenge with trade show marketing is that you may be targeting the “same” people time after time.  A trade show video can bring something unique to the table and express your company’s product or service in a new light that has not been seen or heard before.  LEC Media offers you a few ideas on your next trade show video that we have experienced with our video production clients:

Size Appropriately – If your booth is small, a single television will do the trick. However, if your booth is on the larger size, you might consider having two or three larger televisions hanging high or standing on strategic platforms within your booth. These should be where passers-by can see them easiest.

Relevant Content - If you are at a trade show for electronics, it would not make sense to play a video Charlotte trade show video marketing production from LEC Media and Frank Schwartz.about bridal accessories. Your video should be professionally prepared, edited and directed. Customer testimonials, a message from the CEO or owner, and product demonstrations are but a few of the things that can be interesting to potential clients. Content should be dynamic, relevant and SHORT. Short bursts of information are retained better than long, drawn-out presentations.

Volume – Volume should be loud enough to be heard by those wishing to hear it on the periphery of the trade show exhibit, but not so loud as to interfere with meetings that you and your staff may be having with potential or current clients. This can be tricky, and goes back to the issue of strategically placing the monitors.

LEC Media can help your company create and produce an enticing, exciting and attention-earning trade show video!  Call Frank Schwartz at 704-966-9474 or email fschwartz@lecmedia.com to schedule a private meeting where we can generate ideas on how to make your trade show video work!
