Corporate Video Production Company in Charlotte Creates Custom Video Content for 2012 Trends

Charlotte corporate video production with LEC Media and Frank Schwartz. The days of just “shooting a video” are over.  There is little to no return from just shooting a video and posting it up on YouTube.  Website visitors to your business website are searching for hooks of engagement.  They want content that compels, educates and motivates them.  Video content is emerging as one of the most compelling and engaging resources to hit the Internet and smart phone worlds.

LEC Media is one of the top corporate video production companies in Charlotte.  Several years ago we identified several website and smart phone user trends that involved the use of engaging video production.  People were watching videos for longer periods of time and more frequently.  But what was making people search for and watch video content specifically?  This is where we started noticing the trends and hunger for engaging and compelling video content.

Top 5 Characteristics of Engaging Video Content

1.  HD (High Definition) Video.  There is a huge difference in quality of video between Charlotte corporate video production company LEC Media creates custom video content for businesses.your home video camera and a professional HD camera.  LEC Media invests in the latest HD video technologies to deliver the sharpest, most versatile, flexible video format.

2.  The Magic Happens After the Camera Turns Off. LEC Media knows that the real magic in creating engaging video content comes in the post-production process after the camera turns off.  While we do obviously plan for our video shoots, the post-production and editing process is where we can really boost the overall quality of the story and content with technical and creative wizardry, custom graphics and charts, compelling transitions and scene shifts, and many other techniques to increase video content engagement.

3.  Knowing How to Tell a Story. The best Charlotte video production companies really know how to capture the essence of your company and message and express that story with engaging and compelling features.  We at LEC Media are superb “video story tellers” because we see past the on-site video shoot.  We envision how the final video needs to convey your story to engage and motivate customers to act.

Video production company LEC Media in Charlotte produces custom video content for businesses.4.  Understanding the Human Need to Connect. What?!  This is where superb video content can be captured, developed and delivered through LEC Media.  We’re all in the people business first.  And once we understand that, we focus on the real fact that our most basic human need is to connect with others.  The connections make our lives possible.  And superb video content facilitates that human connection.  Only then can we really motivate a potential customer to convert and contact you.  This is different thinking…this is the way we think at LEC Media!

5.  People are Desperate for Value! The new economy has all but eliminated value from the purchasing research process.  Customers and prospects want value.  Prices have skyrocketed on everything and the value has been diminished.  It’s almost the new norm.  But that shouldn’t be the case.  At LEC Media we ensure that your video content conveys the real sense of value to customers watching it.  We focus on your company’s expertise, customer service, warranties or guarantees, unique inventiveness, personality and culture, and your presentation of how to address your customer’s unique needs or wants.

In 2012, video content will continue to grow in demand and popularity.  LEC Media is ready to assist your company in creating the next level of video content development and marketing.  We can do this for all companies regardless of size or marketplace!  Call Frank Schwartz at LEC Media at 704-966-9474 or email fschwartz@lecmedia.com today to learn more about how superb video content can propel your business.

Charlotte video production company LEC Media works with Girls on the Run.I have to say…no, I need to say…no, I want to say what an incredible time we had at LEC Media on location with the Berewick Elementary Chapter of Girls on the Run®.  Absolutely amazing is how I will describe the experience we had over a couple of hours.

I should preface those comments with exactly what LEC Media is doing with and for Girls on the Run®.  Girls on the Run® is an incredible organization that operates an innovative, experiential program combining training for a 5k event with life-changing, confidence building lessons that enhance the physical and mental health of 8 – 12 year old girls.

Charlotte video production company LEC Media and Frank Schwartz with Girls on the Run.

Girls on the Run was founded here in Charlotte by Molly Barker, MSW, and four-time Hawaii Ironman triathlete founded Girls on the Run® in 1996. Combining her counseling and teaching expertise with research on adolescent issues, she developed and delivered the first curriculum with 13 girls here in Charlotte.

OK, now for what LEC Media is doing with our video production.  We are shooting and producing a series of videos ranging from 3-minutes to 45-seconds that will run on the new Girls on the Run® website that will debut early in 2012, plus the video will be shown at their annual meeting in January 2012.

Charlotte non-profit video production company LEC Media and Frank Schwartz film Girls on the Run.

So why are we amazed at LEC Media with Girls on the Run®?  Simply, they affect the lives of girls, women and men across the globe.  It took literally 15 minutes for us to get an emotional “slap in the face” as to the incredible program and power that founder Molly Barker has developed.  They literally affect several hundred thousand people across the globe…and that is growing exponentially as this movement spreads.

If you have girls in your life between the ages of 8-12 years of age, find out more how you can get them involved with Girls on the Run®.  You’ll be amazed at the power that this kind and organized program has.  I know that we sure were at LEC Media.

Charlotte Corporate Video Production Company Increases Search Engine Rankings with Video SEO

Charlotte video search engine optimization VSEO with LEC Media.Search engine optimization (SEO) for websites involves developing targeted content, optimizing each landing page, and keeping the content fresh.  The same goes for Video Search Engine Optimization or VSEO.

LEC Media films and captures really good video production.  We edit and create very good productions for our clients.  But how we really differentiate from other video companies is that we excel and specialize in video marketing once the camera is turned off.

So what do we mean by that?  What happens after the camera is turned off?  LEC Media takes your video production to more targeted and focused levels through our programs of video marketing and video SEO.  Similar to how websites use the SEO and Internet marketing techniques, we at LEC Media apply these principles to your videos.

What is the Result of Video Search Engine Optimization?

Over the past year, we have seen a dramatic increase in three (3) different areas for our Video SEO clients:

1.  Dramatic increase in organic rankings and Page 1 results.  This includes very competitive keyword and keyword phrases where the traditional website cannot penetrate Page 1 search engine results;

2.  Dramatic increase in the right target market viewing the right series of videos.  Product A videos are highly-targeted to Target A prospects.  We’ve seen as much as 750% increases in video viewership by the right audience!

3.  Longer time spent viewing.  We have found that highly-targeted video content sees a much longer time spent viewing than “generic” videos.  Our videos that have proper Video SEO techniques have seen, on average, viewer drop-off rates plummet from 74% to 26%.  That means more targeted prospects are watching the right video longer!

Recently, Rand Fishkin, CEO of SEOmoz, was here in Charlotte and our own Frank Schwartz had a moment to talk with Rand about video content and video search engine optimization.  Check out the video below.

If your company would like to learn more about combining video production with video Internet marketing and video search engine optimization, please call Frank Schwartz with LEC Media at 704-966-9474 or email fschwartz@lecmedia.com. Charlotte Corporate Video Production Company LEC Media Embraces HTML5 Video Technology

Charlotte corporate business video production and HTML5 from LEC Media. The following term may appear new to you:  HTML5.  *Gasp*  A new term from the web?  Is it slang?  What exactly does HTML5 “mean” and what can it do for me and my business?  Actually, HTML5 will become increasingly important to you and your business as droves and droves of your customers seek to harness the power of HTML5.  Let LEC Media explain.

HTML5 is a language for structuring and presenting content for the World Wide Web, a core technology of the Internet. It is the fifth revision of the HTML standard (originally created in 1990 and most recently standardized as HTML4 in 1997) and as of June 2011, was still under development. Its core aims have been to improve the language with support for the latest multimedia while keeping it easily readable by humans and consistently understood by computers and devices.

What does all of that mean?  Simply, HTML5 is used by smartphones to broadcast audio and video.  In particular, HTML5 adds many new syntactical features. These include the <video>, <audio>, and <canvas> elements, as well as the integration of SVG content. These features are designed to make it easy to include and handle multimedia and graphical content on the web without having to resort to proprietary plug-ins and APIs.

As the importance of video in consumer and B2B marketing continues to rise, the importance of developing and Charlotte corporate video production for Internet and smartphone applications from LEC Media.implementing more complex web technologies will come along with it.  You don’t have to do anything concerning HTML5 and integrating it into your business.  LEC Media will take care of all of the elements of HTML5 for you.

If your business would like to engage the world of video business marketing, please contact Frank Schwartz at LEC Media at 704-966-9474 or email fschwartz@lecmedia.com.  We routinely harness the new technologies and applications that are introduced to Internet and smartphone users.  That’s part of what you hire us to do!
